Camb - What to Do If The APP Says" No Memory Card"?

If you have already inserted the Micro SD card in the floodlight, but it still shows "No memory card" on the app, what should you do?

Steps: 

1. Check the installation direction of the MicroSD card. Make sure the memory card is installed in the correct orientation.
2. Refresh the home page to update the device list.
3. Please use the regular brand SD card, we recommend SanDisk, Kingston
4. AI Floodlight Cam supports SD card with 64G memory at most. Please do not use SD card with more than 64G memory.
