Add WMIC function for Windows 11

The ZKTeco software ZKBio CVSecurity and ZKBioTime 8 require the WMIC function in order to validate the license. However, it is not enabled by default in Windows 11.

To do so, the following steps must be performed:

1) Go to Settings -> System -> Optional Features:

2) Click on view features and type WMIC:

3) Select it and install it

After that, this function will already be active for Windows 11.
