Ajax Hubs Backup Batteries

Depending on the Ajax panel, there are three types of backup batteries that will be differentiated by the following characteristics and references:

• Hub model Battery type Hub (2G) Jeweller 2 Ah and 2-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2/ReX/ReX 2
• 2 Ah, 3-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2/ReX/ReX 2

Hub manufactured after August 26, 2022 has a 3-pin battery. If the hub was manufactured earlier, the battery can be either 2-pin or 3-pin. To find out the battery type, contact Ajax technical support or check manually.

• Jeweller (4G) Hub 3 Ah, 3-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2 Plus/Hub 2 (4G) Hub 2 (2G) Jeweller 2 Ah and 2-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2/ReX/ReX 2
• 2 Ah and 3-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2/ReX/ReX 2

Hub manufactured after October 7, 2022 has a 3-pin battery. If the hub was manufactured earlier, the battery can be either 2-pin or 3-pin. To find out the battery type, contact Ajax technical support or check manually.

Hub 2 (4G) Jeweller 3 Ah, 3-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2 Plus/Hub 2 (4G) Hub Plus Jeweller 2 Ah and 2-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2/ReX/ReX 2 Hub 2 Plus Jeweller 3 Ah, 3-pin battery for Hub/Hub 2 Plus/Hub 2 (4G)

VERY IMPORTANT: It is recommended to check beforehand on the Hub to know which one you need.
