When contacting support, please provide the following:
1. A picture of the device label (located at the bottom of the device).
2. A picture of the system date shown on your monitor/TV.
3. A picture of the serial number shown on your monitor/TV.
If the system does not display a serial number but only shows a date, please send us a picture of the system date instead.
Once ANNKE receives all the information, we will generate and send you the security code.You can then use this code to reset the Admin password and access your system.
Alternative Method:
If you cannot obtain the serial number or system date, you can reset the password using the SADP Tool on a PC.
