Anviz: Fault in fingerprint reading in OA1000-MERCURY

A common error in the OA1000-MERCURY terminal is that when registering a user with a fingerprint, and at the time of registering by putting the fingerprint, the sensor does not turn on. To resolve this access the Advanced menu - T&&A and change the Mode option to 1:n:

If the problem continues, the terminal must be updated with this firmware version:
