First of all you need to know this: Electric locks difference between NO and NC
In the following diagram you will see how to connect an NC lock in which electricity is supplied so that it remains closed. And there is also the example to open a lock from the second relay in this case a NO lock in which power is required to open the lock.
To clarify the video door phone has two relays where each of them has the option NO and NC
These relays support maximum 30v 1A
Never connect 220v

The way to connect a NO lock to relay 1:
- Connect the positive of the power supply to the common of the video door phone
- Connect from NO1 to the positive of the lock
- Connect the negative of the power supply directly to the negative of the lock.
In case it is an NC lock, it is exactly the same, only NC1 will be used.
The lock can be powered from the video door phone itself, but keep in mind that the lock must not exceed 1A

Example with lock NO:

NOTE: In two-wire devices, either the kit or the two-wire device itself
