In order to scale down to 3 Mp per sensor on our Contera 20MP Panoramic, you will need to use the following steps:

Note: Before starting procedure, ensure that the camera's Primary Stream is set to 5MP before adjusting to 3MP Resolution

1. Open a Browser and enter the the following http string into the address bar:

http://IP_ADDR_OF_CAM/cgi-bin/set.cgi?encode.cam1.stream1.resolution=2048x1536&encode.cam2.stream1.resolution=2048x1536&encode.cam3.stream1.resolution=2048x1536&encoder.cam4.stream1.resolution=2048x1536

Example string:

http://10.10.0.100/cgi-bin/set.cgi?encode.cam1.stream1.resolution=2048x1536&encode.cam2.stream1.resolution=2048x1536&encode.cam3.stream1.resolution=2048x1536&encode.cam4.stream1.resolution=2048x1536

2. Once the request has gone through you will see a similar output to the following:

{
"encode.cam1.stream1.resolution":["ok","2048x1536"],"encode.cam2.stream1.resolution":["ok","2048x1536"],"encode.cam3.stream1.resolution":["ok","2048x1536"],"encode.cam4.stream1.resolution":["ok","2048x1536"]
}

3. You can now verify the Stream configuration from VLC by playing the stream via rtsp://IP_ADDR_OF_CAM/stream1_X Substituting X with the Sensor number.

Example: rtsp://10.10.0.100/stream1_1
