ConteraVMS: How to apply updates offline (physically at the unit)

Issue:

The automatic update function is not detecting a new software update or the unit does not have Internet access.

Resolution:

1. Perform a backup.
2. Click Setup > General Configuration > System Settings > Software Update > Show More Options.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Select File.
   
   
   
   
4. Browse to the executable provided by Support. Click Open.
   
   
5. Click Install.
   
   
   
   
6. The software will update and display the new version.
