A customer needs to change the current recording schedule.

Resolution:

1. Login to the ConteraVMS.
2. Click Setup > General Configuration > Cameras > Multi-Camera Edit
   
   
   
   
3. To modify the recording schedule for all cameras click Select All then click Next.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the box next to Recording Mode then click the drop down. There are four options to choose from. Once a selection has been made click Save.
   • Motion
   • Continuous
   • Continuous + Motion
   • Live Only (No recording)
     
     
     
     
5. Confirm by clicking Update Cameras.
6. Click Close.
