ConteraVMS: How to obtain log files

Note: Ensure all firmware and software are up to date.

Issue: 

Log files need to be obtained for review by Support.

Resolution:

  1. Login to the ConteraVMS.
  2. Click Setup > Tools / Logs > Log Files > Download All.

  3. Provide the zip file to Support.
