Costar Utility: Install and Uninstall

Issue:

Costar Utility needs to be installed or uninstalled.

Resolution:

Install:

1. Install CostarUtility as an administrator.
2. If a UAC prompt appears, click Yes.
3. Click Install.
4. Accept the license agreement then click Next.
5. Click Install.
6. Click Finish
7. Click Close.
8. Launch Costar Utility and use admin for the username and password then click Login.
9. Provide answers to two security questions then click Done.

Uninstall:

1. Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features.
2. Locate Costar Utility and select Uninstall > Uninstall.
3. If a UAC prompt appears click Yes.
4. Click Uninstall.
5. Click Close.
6. Go to C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\ and delete the Costar folder.
