How can I restore the camera to factory settings?

You have 2 ways to restore the camera:

1. Using the YI app:

• Open the YI app.
• Connect the YI app to your camera.
• Tap on "Settings".
• Tap on "Restore Factory Settings".

2. Using your camera:

• Press and hold the Power and Wi-Fi buttons at the same time until there is a beep, which means the process is done successfully.
