Our software team released a new update for the YI Home/Kami App to fix the camera alarm/buzzing sound issue you have been experiencing.

Please update/reinstall your YI Home/Kami App on your mobile device.

Once the YI Home/Kami App is updated, please enable the Motion Detection Settings of the camera.

To Motion Detection, please follow these steps: ​

1. Launch the YI/Kami Home App.

2. Select the specific camera and tap Settings or the gear icon.

3. Under Smart Detection, tap Settings.

4. Toggle on Motion Detection or Human Detection.
