Tech Support recommends that you do NOT unpairthe device from your Swann Security account if you have an active subscription or if you are experiencing issues with the app.
This should only be done if you want to give the device away or to return the product for repair/refund.
This can only be done if you can still access your Swann Security account via mobile device.
WARNING!
For stand-alone cameras, local clips saved in microSD card and cloud clips won't be accessible.
For recorders capable of uploading clips to Swann Security Cloud, cloud clips won't be accessible.
We recommend that you save important clips prior to unpairing.
Choose Your Phone Type
Open Swann Security app then tap on then choose the device you want to unpair (e.g. NVWMR4K)
Tap on

A prompt will appear to verify your action.
Tap to proceed.
Swipe left or right to navigate
