Enter your registered email address then tap Reset Password. The system will then email you instructions for resetting your password online. Go to your email app and follow the instructions to set a new password, then return to the app to login. Keep a record of the password somewhere safe in case you need it again later.

To resolve this, you need to tap on the in the app again, and repeat the password reset process.
