IDIS DC-Series | IR reflection glare

Environment:

• DC-Dxxxx Series 
• DC-Txxxx Series 
• DC-Sxxxx Series 
• DC-Yxxxx Series

Procedure:

1. Log onto the DR Series front panel console or the remote to it from IDIS Center.
2. Click on the "setup" ICON
   
3. Click on the "Camera" Menu.
   
4. Click on the "Advanced Setup" sub-menu, then the "DOTs" under the "Video" field for the camera needing adjustment.
   
5. Adjust the "3DNR" to a higher level and Lower "IR Strength". Then click Apply.
   Note: In some cases, the IR may need to be turned off if there is lighting in the background.
