Perform call forwarding between AKUVOX monitors in different installations

In Akuvox, when you have several monitors added to the same cloud project (either Single Family Home or Community), you can set a sequential call so that, if it is not answered in X seconds, it is redirected between different monitors belonging to the same installation:



However, if the monitors are in different installations, the monitor's web component will be accessed by typing its IP address in a browser. Then, in the Device --> Call Feature --> Call Forward tab, the following settings must be filled in:



  • ACCOUNT: Account 1 (to indicate that it will be between Akuvox devices in different installations)
  • NO ANSWER FORWARD: Enabled (to activate that, if the call is not answered, it will be redirected to another monitor)
  • TARGET NUMBER: SIP (different network) or IP (same network) address of the monitor to which the call will be redirected
  • NO ANSWER RING TIME: How many seconds the monitor will be ringing before the forwarding is done
