AlfredCamera is dedicated to bringing peace of mind to users worldwide and wants to make it even easier to share that security. To enable more people to experience the convenience and protection of smart monitoring, we have introduced the Refer Friends feature. When a current AlfredCamera user refers a friend, the new user can enjoy a 14-day free trial of Alfred Premium Standard immediately after registration.

Not only do new friends get a full protection experience from day one, but you also earn exclusive rewards once your invited friends successfully register! 

This article explains how existing AlfredCamera users (referrers) and new users (friends receiving the invitation) can participate, as well as the rewards available.

How to Refer Friends and Earn Rewards

1. Share Your Link: 
   Go to the More tab, tap Refer Friends, and select Send Invitation to share your unique referral link.
2. Friend Registration: 
   Your friend must click your link, download the AlfredCamera app, and complete their new account registration within 1 hour.
3. Track Your Progress: 
   Once you successfully refer 5 friends who meet these criteria, your exclusive reward will be unlocked.
4. Claim Your Reward: 
   Navigate to Refer Friends > Rewards and tap Redeem.

⚠️ Notes:

1. After collecting 5 successful referrals, a 30-day countdown will begin. You must tap "Redeem" before the timer expires; otherwise, the reward will lapse and cannot be reclaimed.
2. Referees must use a brand-new account and complete registration via your link within 1 hour.
3. Both you and your friend must be using version 2026.4.0 or above to support the referral rewards.

How to Claim the Free Trial 

If you received an invitation, follow these steps to claim your 14-day Alfred Premium Standard free trial:

1. Click the referral link shared by your friend.
2. Complete the following within 1 hour
   • Download the AlfredCamera app.
   • Register a brand-new AlfredCamera account.

⚠️ Note: You must register with a new account. You will not be eligible if you register before clicking the link or if you wait more than 1 hour after clicking the link to register.

⚠️ Note: If you are a Free user when you refer 5 people but upgrade to Premium Standard before hitting "Redeem," your reward will automatically update to the 7-day Premium Plus extension.

Can I transfer my free trial to someone else?

The 14-day free trial is linked to the unique invitation shared by your friend and can only be used with your new account. This trial is designed to share peace of mind through your friend’s recommendation, and cannot be transferred or used on another account.

Subscription Policy

Activating the free trial means you agree to the automatic renewal rules after the trial ends.

• Payment Authorization: After the free trial ends, AlfredCamera will charge your designated payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in advance.
• Free Trial: The free trial begins on the day you register and redeem the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the system will automatically start charging for the subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will still have access to Premium Standard until the end of the current billing period.

• Example: If your trial starts on Jan. 1, you must cancel by Jan. 14 to avoid being charged on Jan. 15.
• How to Cancel: You can cancel via the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email or within the app.
• Refund Policy: You may request a no-questions-asked refund within seven days of the initial subscription charge.

Why didn’t I get the free trial after registering?

If you didn’t receive eligibility for the 14-day free trial, it may be because:

• You did not register via an existing AlfredCamera user’s invitation link
• You completed registration more than 1 hour after clicking the link
• You used an existing account instead of a new one
• You are not using App version 2026.4.0 or above.

💡 Simply click your friend’s invitation link again and register with a new account to receive your 14-day free trial.

Why hasn't my referral progress increased after my friend registered? 

If you don't see your referral progress updating, it may be due to the following reasons:

• Your friend did not register using your unique invitation link.
• Your friend did not complete the registration within 1 hour of clicking the link.
• Your friend used an existing account instead of creating a brand-new one.
• Your friend is not using version 2026.4.0 or above

💡If any of these occurred, please ask your friend to click your invitation link again and register with a brand-new account to ensure you receive the referral credit. 

Terms and Conditions

Definition of Successful Referral

1. Registration Process: Your friend must use the unique invitation link you shared and complete the registration of a brand-new account after opening the link.
2. Eligibility Restrictions: The referee must be a brand-new account that has never been registered with AlfredCamera.
3. Goal Completion: The referrer must successfully accumulate 5 friends who meet the above criteria and complete registration.
4. Redemption Period: The referrer must manually tap the "Redeem" button to claim the reward within 30 days of reaching the required number of referrals. Once the reward expires, it cannot be redeemed again.

Important Notes and Rights:

1. Real-time Reward Determination: Reward content (such as free trial days or discounts) is based on your subscription status at the moment you tap the "Redeem" button. If your status changes during the accumulation process (e.g., your Premium subscription expires), the reward content will update accordingly.
2. Platform Consistency: Redemption of referral rewards must be consistent with your original subscription platform (iOS/Android). Cross-platform operations may result in redemption failure.
3. Excluded Channels: Currently, users who upgraded via Shopify or PayPal are not supported for participation in the referral reward program.
4. Reward Validity: All earned trial days or discounts have an expiration date. Rewards that are not redeemed or used before the expiration date will automatically become invalid.

Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement:

The following behaviors, as determined by the system, will result in the disqualification of rewards:

1. Fraudulent Invitations: Using multiple accounts for self-referral or "account farming" scams.
2. Malicious Promotion: Using automated programs, disguised links, or posting invitation links on third-party official social media platforms for harassment purposes.
3. Data Falsification: Any actions involving data falsification or intentional disruption of the activity order.

AlfredCamera reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this activity. For matters not covered in these rules, AlfredCamera may supplement or revise them at any time. In the event of a dispute, AlfredCamera reserves the right of final interpretation.
