Thermographic Systems: Logging into a Thermographic camera

Camera defaults:

• The IP address is 192.168.0.121.
• The username and password are both admin.

Accessing the camera:

Note: The camera has a limit of 10 concurrent sessions (web page, recording, live, etc).

1. Currently, the camera can only be accessed via Internet Explorer and requires an Active X plugin to display video properly.
   • A future update will provide full support for Chrome, Mozilla, and Edge.
2. Launch Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of the camera (192.168.0.121). You will be forced to change the password.
3. Select "Download and install the new plugin"
4. Save the plugin to your desktop.
5. Close Internet Explorer.
6. Go to your desktop and run the plugin.
7. Relaunch Internet Explorer and click Allow.
8. Log in with the camera defaults and you will be taken to the main page and should see video.
