What if I can't install/update the app?

There are situations in which you may not be able to install/update the Alfred app. In such instances, Google Play Store will show you the following error message:

Your device isn't compatible with this version

 

This issue mostly happens when there's a network connection issue or a glitch with Google Play Service. To fix the error, please follow the suggestions below to clear Google Play Store's cache and storage/data:

  1. Try a different connection
  2. Clear cache and data of the Google Play Store app
    • Open your device's Settings app
    • Tap Apps or Apps & notifications > See all apps
    • Scroll down and tap "Google Play Store"
    • Tap Storage & cache

    • Next, tap Clear storage (or shown as Clear data)

    • Re-open the Google Play Store & try your download again

If clearing the cache and storage/data doesn't solve the issue, please try the following suggestions:

  1. Restart the Google Play Store
  2. Reinstall the app again
  3. If you tried all the steps above and still have trouble, we recommend you contact Google Support for further assistance
