Why does Storage Manager still display data reduction values even when I disable Compression and Deduplication for a shared folder or a LUN?

This is an expected behavior. QuTS hero uses the ZFS file system. When you disable Compression and Deduplication during the creation of a shared folder or LUN, the setting only applies to user data. However, ZFS still performs data reduction on file system metadata and system-internal structures, which is why small space-saving values are still displayed.
