Annke Vision-How to Disable H.265+? (H800)

Introduction:

When the camera is working abnormally, we could fix the problem by changing the recording configurations. In this article, we will show you how to disable H.265+.

Steps:

1. Access the system menu on the monitor and go to ‘System Configurations→Record→Parameter’.

2. Select the camera and uncheck'H.265+'.

3. Click on 'Apply' after the configuration is completed.
