1. Please use a computer which is connected to the same router and check that computer‘s network information. （This instruction is for win7, win 10 is a little different. You can google method how to check win 10 computer‘s network information）

3. Please fix the system‘s IP like the picture below.

If you find preferred DNS is still uneditable even if you uncheck DHCP, please restore the system to factory default.
