Annke Vision - What should I do if the device P2P bind status shows yes?

For security reasons, a device can only be added by one app account. If it prompts that the device has already been added at your first adding, or if you forget the app’s account and password.

1. Only when the system's P2P status is online, the system can be unbound from the old account.

Here is a way to check the system's P2P status.

Go to Menu--Configuration--Network--Annke vision.

If the status is offline, please refer to this link to make it online at first. 

2. You can follow the path "Menu--Configuration--Network--Annke vision" and find the Unbind button. If the device has already been added, the bind satus will be Yes. Click unbind and then input your system's Admin Password and click ok

Then there will be a notice shows your dvr has been unbonded, and the bind status will be no. You can re-add the device or re-register an account to add the device again.

If you can not unbind the dvr on the monitor that the dvr is connected to, please contact us and let us know the serial number of your dvr. We can unbind it for you.
You can find the serial number on the label attached to the dvr. Usually the label is on the side or bottom of the dvr, and you can find the serial number of the dvr in the label.
