Please follow the steps below to redeem the 18-digit Cloud code to the YI/Kami Home App:


1. In the YI/Kami Home app, click on Account at the bottom right corner.

3. Tap on the " Have a Yi Cloud Service Card? "

4. Enter the 18-digit service code,​​ then click " OK "​​​.

5. Pop-up message to confirm that you successfully activate the Cloud code. Click Go Now to view your Cloud subscription.
