Contera IP Camera: Milestone Integration Video Loss Issue

Issue: 

Milestone Integration with Contera IP cameras can experience video loss every minute due to an issue with the RTSP keep-alive setting and its default RTSP configurations.  This issue occurs when in a multicast environment as UDP does not require a keep-alive.  

Resolution: 

From the Milestone system/configuration set the keepalive type to RTSP OPTIONS as seen below.
