ConteraVMS: Adding Hikvision cameras

Issue:

The customer/integrator is having trouble adding Hikvision cameras to Contera.

NOTE: H.265 streams are not supported by Contera.

Resolution:

From the Hikvision camera webpage:

1. Click Network > Advanced Settings > Integration Protocol.
2. Enable ONVIF > Click Add and create a user (e.g. admin/Admin123!).
3. Click Save.
4. Click System > Maintenance >  Reboot.
   
   

From the Contera NVR:

1. Click Setup > Camera > Add cameras.
2. Once the auto discover locates the cameras, authenticate using admin/Admin123!.
