DC-I6212WRX | How to get intercom calls on IDIS Mobile Plus with push notifications

Environment:

• IDIS Mobile Plus v1.7.0
• DC-I6212WRX v1.2.0
• NVR models: 2500, 3500, 6500, 8500 (with v8.8.1 or later)
• The intercom must be registered to the NVR.
• You must configure remote access to the NVR.

1. Enable push notification in the NVR.
   • Setup > Event > Additional Event > Setup.
   • Click the '+' icon and select the intercom > click Accept All > click OK.
   • Click the Action column > click Notify > Enable Push.
   • Click OK > OK > Apply > OK.
     
     
     
     
     
     
2. Set up IDIS Mobile Plus to receive push notifications.
   • Add the NVR to the app.
   • Click edit and enable "Push On".
3. Push the button on the intercom and you should see a notification on your phone.
