DR-2xxx series | Unable to dewarp

Environment

• IDIS 360 fisheye
• CVS 360 fisheye
• DR-2xxx series

Issue: When View mode is set to "Original", there will be no option to Dewarp on an IDIS/CVS fisheye from a DR-2xxx series NVR.

Confirm setting:
Go to Setup>camera>advanced setup>click the 3 dots in the video column, select view mode from the drop-down menu.

Dewarp option not available at the DR-2xxx series:

 

Resolution: 

Option 1: Connect the DR-2xxx series to the IDIS Center for Dewarp option on an IDIS/CVS fisheye camera.
IDIS Center dewarp option available:

Option 2: If Original Dewarp is needed from the NVR, replace the DR-2xxx Series with a DR-65xx Series or higher series.
Dewarp option available on DR-6xxx series:

Right-Click on the camera again to get the dewarp option.
