Enable Alarm Notifications on your Smartphone

It is very important for alarm contact(s) to be able to receive and respond to a notification when an alarm is triggered. If an alarm contact has enabled “Do Not Disturb” on their device and a Solink alarm is triggered, the contact may not see the notification until later.

It is highly recommended that an alarm contact configure an exception for Solink (and the monitoring service if you are subscribed to Professionally Monitored Video Alarms) on their device to avoid missing out on immediate alarm notifications.
