Failure to add users via USB on Anviz W1/W2/C2PRO-POE

Uploading users via USB to these terminals may not be successful; in this case, an error message is displayed, and we will follow these steps to fix it.

1. We load the users on a USB key

2. Una vez cargados, pinchamos el USB en el terminal e importamos los usuarios. En este punto nos puede salir un mensaje de error como el siguiente:

The solution is to copy the files that have been created on the USB into a folder that has to have 8 characters and the last number has to be the terminal ID, for example:

• ID=1 - The folder will be called 00000001
• ID=15 - The folder will be called 00000015

Once this is done the users will be correctly loaded into the terminal.
