Applied to all ANNKE orders
You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. You may follow the steps below to cancel your order.
Step 1. Apply for Order Cancellation
Send an email with a brief title (such as Cancel My Order#) to support@annke.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Brief Reason
Step 2. Wait for Your Refund
You will get your refund within 24 working hours of your application in your PayPal account.
Note:
- You are only allowed to cancel the order before that the order was shipped out. Orders will be handled by the system with 24 hours and sent to carriers within 48 hours.
- Orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled normally. Customers shall hold responsible for the shipping fees and relevant additional fees if they want to cancel the orders that have been dispatched out.
