How to Change the Password of My Swann Security Account

Please avoid using simple passwords like "admin" or "1234"; these common patterns are the first things hackers test, and using them leaves your personal data and account access vulnerable to instant automated theft.

Answer: Open Swann Security app then go to Menu > Profile > Change Password

Choose Your Phone Type
Android iOS

Open Swann Security app, tap More then Profile

Tap the Pen at the right side of the Password field.

Enter your current password first.

Then enter your new password

Once done, tap on Change Password

Swipe left or right to navigate

Open Swann Security app, tap More then Profile

Tap the Edit at the right side of the Password field.

Enter your current password first.

Then enter your new password then confirm password

Once done, tap on Change Password

Swipe left or right to navigate

Other mobile devices that has access to the account will be logged out after 24 hours.

Forgot your current password? You have to reset it.

TIP: Don't logout from your phone. Use a different device, open Swann Security app, then do the reset from there. That way, in case you are having troubles resetting it, you still have your account logged in to your device.
