Applicable to: Orders placed on ANNKE Amazon stores
If you placed your order on Amazon, please follow the steps below to find your order number:
Method 1: Amazon Mobile App
1.Open the Amazon app and tap the profile icon (bottom menu).
2.Tap "Your Orders".
3.Select the relevant order.
4.Tap "View order details" to find the Order ID
Method 2: Amazon Website (Amazon.com)
1.Log in to your Amazon account.
2.Hover over "Account & Lists" in the top right corner.
3.Select "Your Orders".
4.Locate the specific item and the order number will be displayed at the top of that order's box.
5.Click "Order Details" to find the Order ID
Method 3: Order Confirmation Email
Search your email inbox for the "Your Amazon.com order has shipped" or "Order Confirmation" email. The 17-digit order number is listed there.
