To help your phone run better, here are some general suggestions to free up space on your phone:

 

Delete unused apps

For Camera phones, we strongly recommend that you only install the Alfred app and delete other unused apps on the phone. 

  1. Touch and hold the app. 
  2. Drag the app to “Uninstall” or tap “Remove App”.
  3. Confirm to delete the app.

 

Delete photos, videos, and other media data

Sometimes your photos and videos may also take up lots of storage. Instead of keeping all the data on your phone, we recommend that you periodically move some files to online storage such as Google Photo, Google Drive, or iCloud.
