How to Judge Whether a Remote Control is Broken?

Applies to: Some of the DVR/NVR with remote control

1. Make sure batteries have power and positive and negative are correctly matched.

2. Open the camera on your smartphone and aim camera at the light of remote control. Press any button on the remote control, check if you can see lights on your phone‘s screen.

If you can‘t see the red light flashing, the remote control may be broken.
