Applied to All ANNKE Orders

ANNKE allows customers to modify their shipping information before the order is shipped out. You need to first contact support@annke.com to know if your package has been shipped out.

Note:

  • You can also Call +1 833 717 0187 (6 am - 10 pm, EST, 7 days.) to know your shipping information.
  • Your package will be processed with 24 hours of the purchase and shipped out within 3 business days.

#1 Package Hasn't Been Shipped Out 

Contact support@annke.com or the phone number above, to apply for the modifying of shipping information. You need to provide the following information in the email. 

  • Order Number
  • Details you want to modify (including original and new shipping information).

Note

  • We can only modify the specific address or zip code provided by you.
  • The Country information is not allowed to modify. You are advised to cancel the order and place an order again.

#2. Package Has Been Shipped Out 

If your package has been dispatched out, please find the tracking number in your registered email and contact the carrier for the modification.
