How to recover X-Security / Dahua video intercom passwords

To reset Dahua / X-Security video intercoms, it is necessary to obtain an XML with which the manufacturer will generate a counter file to reset the password:

With Configtool the device will be detected, click on Password Reset, select the device to reset, and click on Reset:

An "ExportFile.xml" will be generated, which will be sent to the distributor to request the counter file to the manufacturer:
