Using a Generated Code and Super Password

For this step, connect a monitor and mouse to your recorder.

  1. Access the MENU of your recorder to pull up the login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" to open the "System login - Super Password" option. The recorder will show an 8-digit random code.
    Note: Do not close the prompt as it will generate a new code every time it’s opened.
  3. Download the SuperPassword utility for Windows via this link to generate the code.
    • Open the downloaded executable file. No installation is needed.
    • Type the 'random code' you see on your monitor into the 'random code' field on the utility.
    • Click the "Create Super Password" button to generate a 12-digit code.
  4. Enter the Generated Code into the Super Password field and then click OK.
