These are the ports used by Akuvox computers to communicate with each other and with your cloud, so these ports and domains must be open and allowed:
- TCP 20/21: FTP file transfer
- TCP 80: WEB client and HTTP commands
- TCP 443: HTTPS connections
- TCP 554: RTSP video streaming
- TCP/UDP 5070: SIP telephony for UDP and TCP
- TCP 5071: SIP telephony for TLS (optional)
- TCP 8080: RPS HTTP connections
- TCP 8501: Cloud connection
- TCP 9999: Cloud gateway
- TCP 1300~1399: Remote access for troubleshooting
- TCP 8600~8605: Reserved ports
- TCP 1888/8883: Home Automation control
- UDP 10000~65535: RTP streaming interface
- UDP 35000~65535: SIP streaming
The opening of these ports allows solving communication problems between the devices, as well as with the SmartPlus mobile application.
In addition to this, access to the akuvox.com domain must be allowed so that all Akuvox cloud services can access the network. To confirm the connection to the cloud, you can try logging in at http://test.akuvox.com:9999/ in the browser. If the access looks like the following, the connection is successful:
