Environment:

  • Rise Series 
  • VMS (Recording devices requesting streams) 

Information requested:

  1. Provide Rise camera information.
    1. Log in to the camera web UI
    2. Click on System> Information> 
      information .jpg
  2. Log file when the issue is present
    1. Log in to the camera web UI.
    2. Click on System>Camera Diagnostics> Log, then click Download files.

    1. Log in to the camera web UI.
    2. Click on System> Support>Network Tab

  4. Backup file 
    1. Log in to the camera web UI.
    2. Click on System>Service>Backup config

  5. VMS model and version 
  6. Wireshark capture from the VMS(devices requesting stream)
    1. Capture a camera with the issue present.(3 min capture)
    2. Capture a camera with no issues present. (3 min capture)
    Note: Start the capture, then reboot the camera.
