Rise1 | The JPEG is Utilization is at 100 percent.

Environment:

• Rise 1
• Web Browser

Issue:

• Video lost 
• The pan and tilt lags 

Procedure:

1. Confirm the issue on the webpage.
2. Click on Media>Media Utilization 
   
   
   
3. The JPEG utilization is showing 100 PERCENT. Notice Stream3 is displaying.
4. Click on the "Stream setting"Menu, Select Stream3, and Lower the Resolution/Frame Rate, then "Save"
   
   
   
5. Click the "Media Utilization" menu. Notice the JPEG utilization percentage has dropped. 
   Note: When the RISE1 is viewed through the browser, a series of JPEGs are streaming to display a live image. The spike may be seen only if multiple people view the camera through a web browser.
