Safire Smart - Upload custom audio files to Safire Smart camera

The Safire Smart cameras that have a speaker and allow a customized sound alarm, means that a .wav audio file can be loaded and played when an event occurs.

To load this file, access the Audio Alarm section, select the Customize option and load the audio file. Different files can be loaded and each one of them can be given a name.

IMPORTANT: You must take into account the conditions that the camera indicates that the file to be loaded must have (boxed in the screenshot above).

To give the appropriate values to the file, you can use the Audacity software, to which you can load a file and export it with the values you want.

Once the file has been loaded into the camera, the only thing left to do is to select the audio that has been loaded into the camera, as several can be loaded and saved.

Finally, if you want to activate this alarm sound for an event, just select the Trigger Audio Alarm.

The loading of the audio file must be done directly on the camera, but the activation of this audio in the desired event can be configured either from the camera or from the NVR itself.
