Sannce Cam - What to Do if You Forget Camera's Password?

The default password of the camera is blank(nothing).

If you forgot the new password created by yourself or the default password admin can't work, please reset the camera so that password comes back to the default one blank.

Please use a small pin to press and hold the small button (reset button) at the bottom of the camera for about 15 seconds until you hear the sound "reset success" when the camera is plugged into a power source. Then wait for 20 seconds until the camera reboots and the password comes back to default one blank.
