Viewing old records in Easyclocking

The EasyClocking platform allows viewing, by default, clockings made 1 year earlier. In order to be able to view clockings prior to this period, the following setting must be specified:

This will allow access to clockings 5 years in the past.

It should be noted that this option is automatically reverted every Saturday, being necessary to re-activate it in subsequent consultations.

NOTE: if, in addition to viewing the records, you need to modify them, you can only do so manually if they are no more than 6 months old. To modify records older than this period, it will be necessary to request it to the Technical Service.
