[VORTEX] How can I help VORTEX improve AI services?

You can help improve VORTEX services by sharing videos. When video is shared, it is sent to the VORTEX development team for research and analytics purposes. This helps us to improve VORTEX's AI to better identify people, vehicles, etc. The shared videos and snapshots are not shared with anyone outside the development team, and will not be accessible on the website.

Note: 

1. Please note that your submission is considered a data donation
2. Only VCA event and event from Deep search can be shared.

To share videos from your VORTEX:

VORTEX portal:

• Message center:
  1. Open the VORTEX portal.
  2. Go to Message center.
  3. Click one of the event from event list.
  4. Tap Report false video analytics events.
  5. Check the box to consent to data usage and click Send.
• AI Hub:
  1. Open the VORTEX portal.
  2. Go to AI Hub / Deep search or Event insight.
  3. Tap "..." button on the bottom right of the event .
  4. Tap Send feed back
  5. Check the box to consent to data usage and click Send.

VORTEX app:

• Message center
  1. Open the VORTEX app.
  2. Go to Message tab.
  3. Click one of the event from event list.
  4. Click the exclamation mark icon at the top-right corner of the page.
  5. Tap False event.
  6. Check the box to consent to data usage and click Send.
• Deep search
  1. Open the VORTEX app.
  2. Go to Deep search tab.
  3. Click one of the event from event list.
  4. Click the exclamation mark icon at the top-right corner of the page.
  5. Tap False event.
  6. Check the box to consent to data usage and click Send.
