What do I do when I see black screens on my WebViewer?

From time to time you might see black screens on your WebViewer. If you do, please check the following items:

  1. Make sure your Camera device is connected
  2. Check for firewall

Once you've finished checking for connection and firewall, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Disable hardware decoding acceleration

Chrome

  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on Advanced
  4. System

  6. Relaunch Chrome
