What to Do If NVR Can Not Enter Its System?

Applies to: Most of Annke NVR

Usually, when you connect NVR to a power source with adapter, the monitor will show a setting panel on the screen and the mouse can operate the system.

If you find system stays on initializing and cannot enter, please try methods below.

1. Unplug the adapter and plug again for several times.

2. Try another adapter. (camera‘s adapter can be used for DVR)

3. Unplug all cameras.

4. Uninstall hard disk drive if it is pre-installed.
