When you are outside and your phone is using wifi, the phone is able to connect system.
When you are outside and your phone is using a 3G or 4G network, the phone is not able to connect system.
In this situation, please try the method below.
Go to the Main Menu--System--encode to change substream's resolution, bit rate, and FPS to lower.
