- Confirm that the 4 batteries are properly installed.
- Allow 4–5 hours for full recharge if the unit was recently installed or unused.
3. Load Problems
- Make sure the connected devices do not exceed, the maximum total.
- Use only the protected output sockets for critical equipment.
4. Communication & Monitoring
- Install the UPSilon 2000 software to monitor UPS status and logs.

5. Changing Polarity of the 240V Plug

- Disconnect the UPS from the power source.
- Open the plug casing carefully.
- Identify the live (L) and neutral (N) wires.
- Swap the connections: connect the live wire to the neutral terminal and vice versa.

6. Resetting the UPS
- If the UPS is unresponsive:
